As a college senior I managed an H&R Block office during the 1972 tax season. I completed my 47th tax season this year. I've learned that experience counts. Just when I think I've see it all something different comes along that requires me to apply what I have learned to solve a new problem. Taxation is like a Rubik's cube with multiple solutions.
As a CPA and attorney I enjoy the challenge of sorting out complex situations that draw on the unique combination of a legal and accounting perspectives and skills to arrive at the best solution. My specialties include tax audit and collection disputes, portfolio analysis, estate, trust and gift taxation and real estate transactions.
